Kucinich fumbles; doesn't know the subject of his question

Congressman Dennis Kucinich stumbled over himself in his questioning of Erik Prince, showing he doesn't know the details behind the question he was asking.

In questioning Prince about his first diplomatic security contract in Iraq, Kucinich alleges that Blackwater won a "no-bid" contract with the State Department. Prince corrects him: "It was off the GSA schedule."

Kucinich again calls it a "no-bid" contract.

Prince again corrects him: It was on the GSA schedule. He then has to explain to the congressional committee what the GSA schedule is and how it works.
